We’re looking for a skilled professional to support our hiring efforts across the United States as Lemonade continues to scale. Our Talent Acquisition team is composed of sourcers, talent acquisition specialists, and talent acquisition associates, working across all of our international sites.
In your day-to-day you’ll be utilizing various channels (including LinkedIn, Github, and Facebook), crafting Boolean strings to search, identify, and activate passive candidates. You’ll also be building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. We will look to you to craft and send recruiting emails, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to assess the market and present research on where the most qualified talent resides.
Responsibilities will also include measuring conversion rates and maintaining our candidate database. This includes owning the data surrounding the number of passive candidates who convert into applicants, get invited to interviews, receive offers, and are ultimately hired.
Lastly, you’ll manage leads coming from both external networks and current employees; reinitiate communications with past candidates who might be interested in new opportunities; and promote our brand, both online and off. In a nutshell, you’ll be a leading resource for finding the best talent out there!
