Technical Training Manager, Claims Experience

Scottsdale, Arizona | Claims Experience | Full-time

We’re looking for a passionate training and development professional to help launch what we’re calling CLX University: a dynamic growth and learning platform for our Claims Experience team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating training and professional development programs directed at team members who have not previously worked in the insurance industry. You’ll also foster the growth of more experienced team members through educational initiatives to improve their skills and capabilities in claims handling.

You’ll be responsible for developing programs to support the long-term growth of our employees within CLX. You will partner with internal stakeholders across the company to design and build the new CLX University program.

Requirements
  • 5+ years as a claims handling professional, with intimate knowledge of standard policy forms
  • 2+ years of experience working in a claims training and development program
  • A background in building and implementing claims training programs is preferred
  • A solid understanding of the technology needed to provide knowledge management and training development programs (e.g. LMS)
  • A creative, innovative approach to training and onboarding
  • The ability to work across departments
  • All-around team player who is a self-motivated, fast learner
  • Experience in a startup is a huge plus
  • Loves getting shit done!
