Technical Support Engineer

Soho, New York | Engineering | Full-time

We’re searching for a Technical Support Engineer who is a natural collaborator and customer champion. Do you think about coding as craftsmanship? Do you have a strong background in software engineering, and enjoy the thrill of a fast-paced, central role? You’ve come to the right place.

In this role, you’ll solve customer problems by providing hands-on technical support. You will have mastery over the smallest details while also keeping an eye on the big picture, building tools and processes that will help grow our increasingly autonomous organization.


  • 3+ years of experience as a developer/engineer (PostgreSQL, Ruby, Typescript, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong troubleshooting, investigating, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, and able to support overseas teams during emergency situations outside of normal working hours
  • Strong understanding of web-related technologies
  • Service-oriented, passionate about the product, and empathetic 
  • Adept at juggling multiple priorities simultaneously
