We’re looking for a learning design professional to help create instructor-led, eLearning, and blended learning experiences for our R&D employees.

As part of our People Operations team, you’ll work alongside the Senior Manager of Learning Design to build and design interactive programs both online and offline. • Conduct thorough needs analyses and recommend sound learning experiences that focus on both content and user experience
  • Design user-centered experiences around technical and soft skills in which team members learn through experience, discovery, reflection, and discussion
  • Develop visually appealing, interactive training materials using Google Slides as well as eLearning authoring tools
  • Create program evaluation strategies to measure efficacy and inform iteration
  • Suggest, develop, and test adjustments to our processes and ways of working
  • Model a growth mindset by consistently treating feedback, and even failure, as an opportunity for growth, and openly sharing lessons learned with others

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional background designing and developing learning experiences as an instructional designer, learning experience designer, learning architect, or similar role (experience in a startup environment is a plus)
  • Strong visual design skills and a passion for crafting beautiful and engaging learning materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, Google Slides, and eLearning authoring tools
  • Ability to design under deadlines, iterate rapidly based on feedback, and build credibility and collaborative relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or certifications in Instructional Design, User Experience Design, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working as an engineer, or alongside engineers, is a huge advantage
  • Ability to work in an office environment
