Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit het aansturen van het Nederlandse claims team. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle claims efficiënt worden afgewikkeld terwijl je continu werkt aan het verbeteren van de klantervaring. We verwachten van jou dat het team support. motiveert en aanstuurt.
Wat je gaat doen
Managen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van het Nederlandse claims team.
Trainen en coachen van de schadebehandelaren in het team.
Jij maakt onze klanten blij met een fantastische claimservaring en zorgt ervoor dat je team presteert binnen de gestelde KPIs.
Je rapporteert over branche- en bedrijfstrends en andere data inzichten, zowel aan interne als externe stakeholders.
Je bent de belangrijkste contactpersoon voor alle Nederlandse schadegerelateerde vragen.
Wat je nodig hebt
Minimaal 3+ jaar ervaring als schadebehandelaar
5+ jaar in een leidinggevende functie
Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
