We are looking for a passionate leader to oversee high-volume recruiting efforts across our US offices. This is an opportunity to make an immediate impact as we expand through a critical growth phase.
You’ll work to build strategy and processes as they pertain to our monthly mass recruiting, while helping maintain Lemonade’s unique culture and values as we scale. In partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition and other TA Team Leads, you’ll optimize our recruitment process by analyzing and leveraging data. We will look to you to be a focal point for recruiting—a trustworthy partner who can provide expert guidance to hiring managers.
Our ideal candidate will be able to mentor and direct our recruiters and sourcers as they meet Lemonade’s ambitious hiring plans. You will work hands-on with the team as both a player and a coach. You will manage strategy, process, and people, but also own and lead searches as needed, acting as a passionate ambassador for the brand.
