Talent Acquisition Team Lead

We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Team Lead to oversee hiring efforts in our TLV office. If you’re the kind of person who is eager to make an impact on company culture, and loves getting shit done and working closely with great leaders, this opportunity is for you!


Our ideal candidate will coach and direct our amazing recruiters and sourcers as we meet Lemonade’s ambitious hiring plans. You’ll also be a passionate ambassador for the company during our hypergrowth stage. 

In partnership with the global Talent lead, you’ll work to optimize our recruitment process by analyzing and leveraging data. The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will be a focal point for recruiting—a trustworthy partner who can provide guidance and mentorship to hiring managers as they continue to build our amazing team. 

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for a global high-tech company
  • 3+ years’ experience as talent acquisition manager, leading teams of recruiters
  • A proven track record of utilizing data to boost recruitment efforts
  • Outstanding leadership skills and ability to work as part of a global team
  • BSc in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Management, or related field
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Able to enthusiastically present open roles, and Lemonade’s culture in general, to potential candidates
  • Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
