Talent Acquisition Specialist

Scottsdale, Arizona | Talent Acquisition | Full-time

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruiting team. This is an opportunity to take a central role on our  AZ team as we expand through a critical growth phase, while vigilantly guarding our culture and values.

In your day-to-day, you’ll manage the full life-cycle of the recruiting process in our Arizona office.
You’ll source potential candidates through online and offline channels carry out screening processes & candidate evaluations and collaborate with hiring managers.

You’ll help promote our employer brand initiatives online and offline - such as job postings on social media, hosting and/or participating in career events, meetups etc., and manage long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

You’ll manage referrals from external networks and current employees, oversee communication with past candidates for new opportunities and measure conversion from applicants to hire, maintain our candidate database.

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role at a tech company -3 year minimum
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs - Greenhouse)
  • Ability to positively present Lemonade and open roles to potential candidates
  • BA in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Management or relevant field
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently.
  • Willingness and ability to work with individuals in different time zones
