We’re looking for a recruiter experienced in underwriting and actuarial recruiting to join our hiring efforts! This is an opportunity to take a central role on our US team through a critical growth phase, helping to maintain our unique culture and values as we scale.
In your day-to-day, you’ll manage the full life-cycle of the recruiting process, primarily focusing on roles within our Insurance Product, Insurance Ops, Underwriting, and Actuarial departments. You’ll source potential candidates through online and offline channels, including social platforms and professional networks. You’ll oversee a range of processes—from screening calls to evaluations and in-person interviews— and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs across our Scottsdale, Dallas, Atlanta, and New York locations.
You’ll also promote employer branding initiatives (job postings on social platforms, hosting or participating in career events and meetups, etc.) and manage long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
