Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruiting team. This is an opportunity to take a central role as we expand through a critical growth phase, helping maintain our culture and values as we scale.

In your day-to-day, you’ll manage the full life-cycle of the recruiting process. You’ll carry out screening processes—including screening calls, evaluations, and in-person interviews—and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

You’ll be an ambassador for Lemonade, sharing a behind-the-scenes look at the company with promising candidates and working closely with hiring managers to find the next wave of Lemonade Makers. 

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of work experience as a tech recruiter (or in a similar role)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • An understanding of sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting through social media and developing Boolean search strings)
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English are a must
  • Willing and able to work with individuals across different time zones
  • Great communication skills and sales experience
  • BSc in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Management, or related field
  • A team player with high EQ, creativity, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting firm deadlines
