We’re looking for a take charge, self-motivated, get-shit-done manager to support our global Talent Acquisition team. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of implementing and optimizing the right infrastructure. In this role, you’ll manage all operational aspects of recruitment around the world, which will require resourcefulness, creativity, and strategic thinking.
As the leader of talent acquisition operations you’ll drive recruitment process optimization by overseeing all recruitment systems and tools and their integration.
You’ll be expected to identify any new tools, systems, or technologies that will improve our processes and make the team more efficient. In addition, you’ll develop a recruitment ops strategy that delivers an exceptional candidate experience.
You’ll define fair and equitable hiring practices and train the Talent Acquisition team accordingly, as well as keep hiring managers and interviewers current with best practices. The team will look to you for up-to-date information about the market, hiring trends, and our own growth targets, in order to make informed strategic recommendations. You’ll also monitor and report out on key metrics, and manage projects/change initiatives on an ad hoc basis.
