Strategist

We’re looking for a strategist who can turn data into compelling briefs that will help us solve complex marketing and growth problems.

This role requires a uniquely nimble thinker.  You’ll  flex your analytical muscles by performing audience research, delving into data sets, and designing testing methodologies—and then you’ll translate this into surprisingly insightful, human-interest-driven briefs. 

Your underlying mission will be to proactively seek opportunities for marketing to drive growth and unlock business problems, making the revenue case for each initiative, and backing it all up with data. To make this happen you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business, including colleagues on Creative, Business Development, Product, and Growth teams. 

Requirements
  • 5-7 years as a strategist at an agency or in-house creative studio 
  • Strong leadership qualities, and the ability to persuade, manage, and mentor 
  • Expertise crafting compelling stories from raw data, and using data-driven analysis to drive growth
  • Experience working in tech, specifically with direct-to-consumer products
  • Mastery of consumer research, both quant and qual
  • Familiarity with SQL to structure queries and pull data
  • Natural ability to communicate complex data in simple terms
