Strategic Partner Manager

Amsterdam, Netherlands | Business Development

We’re looking for a Strategic Partner Manager to join Lemonade’s Business Development team in Europe and lead our partners’ success capabilities. Are you passionate about building long-term partner relationships, and do you enjoy providing support and troubleshooting while building relationships with multiple stakeholders across an organization? In this role, you will be the day-to-day point of contact for major strategic and distribution partners in Europe. You will be responsible for developing fruitful collaborations within each partner organization, from product to marketing to sales.

In addition, you will be expected to  address operating and financial issues, ensure Lemonade delivers on its commitments, and work with other functions across the company (Product, Finance, Legal, Content) to support our partners’ success. Ultimately, you will lead the growth of these partnerships over time through strong relationships and innovative initiatives.

Requirements
  • 6+ years experience working in partner account management or partner success roles in the UK, France, the Netherlands, or Germany
  • Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • A superb networker with a knack for navigating organizations of all types and sizes
  • Keen ability to prioritize tasks and ensure flawless execution
  • You’re highly collaborative, empathetic, resilient, and resourceful
  • Fluency in French, English, and German is highly preferred
  • Technical knowledge and familiarity with APIs
