Lemonade is looking for a statistical reporting analyst with 5-7 years experience to join the Compliance team in our Soho office. This individual will work independently and alongside various internal data engineers, business stakeholders, and external stakeholders to continuously improve our statistical reporting function. The ideal candidate will have experience with state insurance regulatory reporting and performing ad-hoc analysis on premium and loss data.
In this role, you will routinely interface with data engineers, analyze premium loss data errors, and solve problems—quickly, under strict deadlines. You’ll conduct research, analyze and translate complex regulatory bulletins, and circulate data requests to complete data submissions.
You will take Lemonade’s personal lines P&C regulatory reporting to the next level, helping our data engineers design and implement regulatory reporting standards that achieve compliance and that keep pace with the company’s rapid growth. In addition, you’ll apply statistical methods and models to provide new insights, solve problems, and drive business decisions, while also establishing regulatory monitoring protocols that impact reporting to ensure data quality.
