Sr. Product Manager, Customer Experience

We’re looking for a senior-level product manager who’s experienced in planning, designing, and scaling incredible products. If you love tackling complicated challenges, and are intrigued about designing an amazing customer experience at scale, this one’s for you.

In your day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for leading the product work for some of our customer experience self-serve flows, as well as for our internal tools. You'll use our AI and NLP technologies to help drive automation and delight our customers, while also continuing to streamline our internal processes to improve our team's productivity.

As part of your work you’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and data analysts. With your in-depth knowledge of Lemonade’s insurance teams, products, and brand, you’ll create product strategies consistent with the company’s vision, and translate them into detailed requirements and prototypes. You’ll also prioritize tasks as needed, and come up with creative new ideas to expand our product functions and improve scalability and automation efforts.

  • At least 3 years experience working as a senior product manager in a successful startup / fast-growing company
  • Proven track record of managing teams and building high-quality products at scale
  • Capable of understanding complex processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Experience with automating manual processes is a plus
  • Data-obsessed, analytical, self-organized, and process-driven
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills
  • Adept at leading small, agile teams
