We’re looking for a senior-level recruiter to join our talent team! This is an opportunity to take a central role on our US team as we expand through a critical growth phase, while helping to maintain our unique culture and values.
In your day-to-day, you’ll manage the full life-cycle of the recruiting process, primarily focused on roles within Product and Engineering. You’ll source potential candidates through online and offline channels, including social platforms and professional networks. You’ll also oversee a range of processes—from screening calls to evaluations and in-person interviews—while collaborating with hiring managers across all of our international locations to identify staffing needs for tech roles in the United States.
Additionally, you’ll promote employer branding initiatives (job postings on social media, hosting or participating in career events and meetups, etc), and manage long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
