Senior Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager who's an experienced team player with at least 5 years of experience in planning, designing, and delivering processes that improve and support consumer-facing products.

In your day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for helping achieve Lemonade’s vision by turning strategy into practice. You’ll collaborate closely with local and global managers—including those on Product, R&D, People, IT, Operations, Finance, Legal, Comms, and other teams—to align objectives, ideas, and various programs, and to establish project management methodologies. The Senior Operations Manager will report directly to the VP of Operations.

Do you know how to lead project execution from start to finish to reach your business objectives? • 5+ years experience managing cross-functional projects and driving change and innovation at organizations within the consumer-facing sector
• Excels at strategic thinking; open to new perspectives and better ways of doing things;  creative, visionary, and hungry for innovation
• Adept at leading and executing reorganization processes
• Experienced in leading and executing growth with an eye for the big picture
• A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
• The ability to diagnose problems quickly while predicting future issues
• Comfortable managing complex timelines and dependencies across the company, and willing to be the go-to-person for all key players
• Managerial courage, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of having influence and impact across all levels of management structure
• Loves getting shit done!
