Senior Operations Analyst, Claims Experience

Soho, New York | Claims Experience

We’re looking for a highly motivated project manager to join our Claims Experience Operations team. If you love problem-solving, digging into data, and working with talented people to get shit done, this one’s for you.

In this role, you will work on strategic initiatives in collaboration with Claims Experience leadership and leads from other teams, including BizOps, Product, and Finance. In addition to driving projects forward, you will have the opportunity to help redefine and reshape critical management reporting.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in leading projects from beginning to end
  • 3 to 5 years in management consulting, preferably with experience in insurtech, fintech, or another regulated industry
  • A passion for analyzing large volumes of data to identify trends and key insights
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and G Suite products; proficiency in BI Tools and SQL is a plus
  • A drive to help others succeed, and a desire to lead with empathy 
  • Open to innovation and change
  • An all-around team player who is a fast, self-motivated learner
