We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic workforce planning leader to transform capacity planning for Lemonade’s Global Customer Operations.
Reporting to the SVP of Customer Operations, you’ll work closely with Customer Operations senior leadership to shape an overall workforce strategy, then build and continuously improve capacity planning models. Your ability to quickly move from high level thought leadership to deep, in-the-weeds number-crunching will make you a valued leader.
