We zijn op zoek naar een schadebehandelaar die ons team komt versterken. Ben jij empathisch, klantvriendelijk, communicatief sterk en heb je ervaring als schadebehandelaar? Dan is deze functie mogelijk iets voor jou! In deze functie werk je samen met het Lemonade’s Claims Experience Team om schades te behandelen en af te wikkelen. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat je de verwachtingen van de klant blijft overtreffen. Wat zoeken wij?
Wat je nodig hebt
4+ jaar ervaring in het behandelen van brand- en AVP schades
Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
Je kunt je goed uitdrukken zowel aan de telefoon als via e-mail
Je bent een snelle leerling die zelfstandig is en bereid is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken
Je vindt het leuk om in een unieke, dynamische start-up omgeving te werken
Je bent empathisch, geduldig en positief ingesteld
Je voelt je comfortabel met nieuwe technologie en tools
Wat je gaat doen
Een verrassend prettige ervaring bieden aan onze klanten via al onze kanalen (e-mail, telefoon, enz.)
Schadeclaims van begin tot eind onderzoeken en afhandelen
Verantwoordelijk zijn voor alle dagelijkse taken en werkzaamheden rondom schadeclaims
Samenwerken met het management om processen te ontwikkelen en vorm te geven
