We’re looking for an outstanding operations specialist to join our Inside Sales team as our first sales operations hire. This is an exciting opportunity to help build out our sales function as we grow the team and continue offering new products (like our just-launched car insurance).
This role reports to the Head of New Channels and will work closely with the Sales Team Lead and other Sales team members, as well as cross-functional stakeholders. On a typical day, you will manage our email/chat queue; allocate leads and prioritize follow-ups; handle minor quote adjustments; manage commission reconciliation; analyze team performance and generate reports; and identify and implement workflow improvements.
In this role, you’ll help make our Inside Sales team more efficient and productive by managing all things sales-ops related, enabling our team to deliver an amazing customer experience by spending more time supporting our customers.
Lemonade operates under a hybrid working model, depending on the team. In this role, you should be comfortable working primarily from home. You will, however, be expected to commute into the office for quarterly events, meetings, and training sessions. This means that the role does require you to live in the state of Georgia.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a strong broadband internet connection and a quiet, at-home workspace where you’re able to meet with colleagues over Zoom, without distraction.
