We’re searching for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join as a founding member of Lemonade’s Claims Experience QA team! If you’re an organized and detailed individual with a passion for providing delightful customer experiences that are driven by empathy, read on.
Our approach to QA is different; we are looking for someone who can blend personal touch with project management and quality reviews. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to maintain Lemonade’s quality standards, drive customer experience, and ensure timely execution of quality reviews.
