Product Manager, Internal tools
We’re looking for an experienced product manager who’s passionate about developing in-house tools that will help Lemonade become the most autonomous organization on the planet.
As a key member within the Autonomous squad you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the entire organization to deeply understand the overall business operations and processes, identifying opportunities for maximizing efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Survey the existing processes and tools employed by various teams, from Finance to Compliance and PeopleOps
- Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to deliver features
- Work closely with the Operations team to define the objectives of your squad, defining KPIs related to overall efficiency and employee satisfaction
- Identify potential integrations with existing third-party tools to streamline processes
Requirements
- 3+ years experience working as a product manager at a thriving startup
- Prior experience building internal tools for process automation, including task management, internal comms, and CX and HR tools
- Creative thinking and design skills, as well as an ability to leverage data and analytics
- Adept at working with stakeholders and prioritizing requirements
- Analytical and feels convenient working with data
- Ability to work in an office environment
