Product Line Manager

We’re looking for an experienced leader to join Lemonade’s Product Strategy & Operations team to own extensive research, strategy, and execution of major new projects. Someone who can identify market needs and think through value propositions and solutions.  Are you able to plan and execute roadmaps across functions such as Insurance product, Tech product, Claims, Customer experience, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, and Legal to build future product lines and grow our existing ones? If you are a self-starter, ready to deal with big ambiguous problems, can drive buy-in with leadership and stakeholders, are a master of goals and planning, can continuously keep the pulse of the market to identify trends and innovative solutions, then this one’s for you. 

Requirements
  • 5+ years of Product management background or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in building products and business lines from scratch
  • Experience with marketing, business development - advantage
  • Product management background.
  • Ambitious, self-starter, able to dive into any area of the business or product, look at the big picture and identify opportunities and issues. 
  • Get shit done attitude - always finds a way to make things happen, scrappy and efficient with limited resources. 
  • Excellent project manager - extremely organized and detail-oriented, a multi-tasker. 
  • Strong data/analyst background. Great at solving problems through data, research and thinking outside of the box. 
  • Great communication and people skills - highly collaborative and empathetic individual
  • Experience with marketing, business development - advantage
