We’re looking for a professional animal-lover to be one of the very first Pet Claims Experience Champions to join our pet claims team! If you’re an energized, highly motivated, and get-shit-done kind of person who is driven by empathy, this one’s for you.
In this role, you’ll manage customer communications for our claims experience team, bridging the gap between pet parents and the world of pet insurance. We’ll look to you to deliver delightful experiences to our customers with patience, good writing skills, a large knowledge base of dog and cat care, and a great sense of humor. Working closely with our Pet Claims Advocates and Head of Pet Claims, you’ll be responsible for showing an unparalleled level of empathy and kindness to our customers and their fur fam.
