We’re looking for a creative-minded analyst to bring their mastery of data to the People Operations team. In your day to day, you’ll own all the People team’s data tracking and reporting related to engagement, performance, diversity & inclusion, hiring, tenure, learning & development, and much more.
You’ll build dashboards useful to managers and our senior leadership, empowering them with the insights they need to elevate engagement and performance on their teams. You’ll influence company-level decisions by collaborating directly with our senior leaders and founders, and ensure that we’re making thoughtful, data-driven choices when it comes to all facets of employee experience.
