We’re looking for a highly motivated operations manager to join our Claims Experience Ops team. Do you love problem-solving and working with people? Are you super organized and do you love getting shit done? If so, this one’s for you.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring execution of all operational processes critical to helping the Claims Experience team run smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Director of Claims Operations and coordinate with the leads of other teams (including BizOps, Product, and Finance) to build scalable processes that support our rapidly growing company.
