Operations Manager, Claims Experience

We’re looking for a highly motivated operations manager to join our Claims Experience Ops team. Do you love problem-solving and working with people? Are you super organized and do you love getting shit done? If so, this one’s for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring execution of all operational processes critical to helping the Claims Experience team run smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Director of Claims Operations and coordinate with the leads of other teams (including BizOps, Product, and Finance) to build scalable processes that support our rapidly growing company.

 

Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in management consulting, 2+ years in operations, preferably in insurtech, fintech, or another regulated industry
  • Demonstrated experience in driving change 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and G Suite products; proficiency in BI Tools and SQL is a major plus
  • An all-around team player who is a fast, self-motivated learner
  • Experience mentoring junior team members
