Manager, Systems Administration

Scottsdale, Arizona | Customer Experience | Full-time

We’re looking for a seasoned senior-level manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading our team of systems administrators who build, design, and maintain our various SaaS customer experience CRMs. 

The Systems Administration Manager will  determine OKRs, prioritize tasks, and set actionable objectives for their team—as well as coming up with creative ideas to ensure performance and data integrity within our platforms. In addition, this individual will collaborate with team leads to develop strategies around long-term improvements to our systems and tools. 

 

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years experience working as a manager in systems administration functions (startup background is a huge plus)
  • Deep familiarity with Zendesk, Talkdesk, Stella Connect, Looker, and Twilio 
  • Skilled at managing relationships with outside vendors
  • Tech savvy when it comes to utilizing APIs and regular expressions in order to interconnect systems
  • Experience leading small, agile teams in a fast-growing company.
  • Strong analytical and technical expertise; you’re process-driven, and can lead a group of problem solvers juggling simultaneous projects
  • Passion for creating excellent customer experiences
  • You’re an all-around team player who learns quickly and gets shit done!
