In this role, you’ll provide surprisingly delightful customer service while advocating for our community. Patience, superb verbal and written communication skills, and a great sense of humor are a must. A license in P&C is also required!
As a Licensed CX Specialist, a key component of your role will be to gain experience in the various insurance products Lemonade offers while using your previous insurance knowledge to support customers’ needs. This means that you’ll start by supporting our renters product and, as you succeed, we’ll train you in homeowners, life, pet, and car insurance. We’ll guide you through each transition with personalized coaching to ensure core mastery each step of the way.
Lemonade operates under a hybrid working model, depending on the team. Our CX specialists should be comfortable working primarily from home. You will, however, be expected to commute into the office for quarterly events, meetings, and training sessions. This means that the role does require you to live in the state of Arizona.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be customer-obsessed. And to provide the best experience remotely, you’ll need to have a strong broadband internet connection and a quiet, at-home workspace where you’re able to take calls with customers and meet with colleagues over Zoom, without distraction.
