Jr. System Administrator, Customer Experience

Scottsdale, Arizona | Customer Experience | Full-time

We’re looking for a driven, Jr. System Administrator to assist in maintaining our customer service team’s systems and tools. 

Working with our Sr. Systems Administrator, you’ll assist in implementing, fixing, and maintaining CX tools. You’ll be responsible for our systems and tools to ensure they are running effectively. 

You will maintain user accounts and profiles, and provide technical support to end-users while diagnosing and resolving problems. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, owning system outages and assisting in their quick recovery.  Responsibilities will include creating and maintaining standard order process documentation and assisting in the implementation of new tools.

  • 2-3 years of proven experience managing CX tools or CRM systems (ZenDesk, Talkdesk is a plus)
  • Experience in network troubleshooting including workstations and infrastructure, hardware repair, and upgrades
  • Must be able to encounter unfamiliar technologies, applications, and situations in a way that addresses company needs
  • Well organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • All-around team player, fast self-learning individual
