We are looking for a hands-on IT Specialist who wants to help us build the most autonomous organization possible.
You’ll own the employee-support experience using best-in-class SaaS tools in our cloud-first environment. We will look to you to drive innovative ways to accelerate our productivity for our mission and culture driven employees.
In This Role You’ll
- Support a remote distributed workforce
- Manage inbound support requests via Slack, ticketing system, and in person
- Assist with shipping and receiving logistics for employee equipment
- Support and administer a large variety of the latest collaboration, management, productivity, and workplace technologies
- Collaborate with all departments on projects that drive efficiency and cost optimization using our SaaS tools
- Contribute to rolling out efficient productivity and support improvements
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of experience in an IT Support Technician or Support Engineer role, managing macOS and Windows systems with MDMs
- 2+ years of experience administering SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Jamf, OneLogin/Okta, Slack, and Zoom
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity
- Skilled at developing strategies to elevate employee experience through effective communication and promoting efficiencies
- Eagerness to champion and advocate for the evolution of technology and practices
- Ability to work in an office environment
