We’re looking for an IT Specialist to join our growing Amsterdam team to build and provide delightful tech support experiences.
In this role, you’ll support our employees’ and work on projects that improve and automate the day-to-day. You will join a global IT team, using emerging technologies and automation platforms to deliver continuous improvements to our tech stack and user experience. You will be the primary IT team member for the EU region, and will engage with stakeholders across the organization.
Support employees in our Amsterdam office alongside our hybrid and remote workforce
Manage support requests in-person as well as requests via Slack and our support ticketing system
Support and administer a large variety of the latest tools that optimize collaboration, and productivity
Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes
Collaborate with all departments on projects that drive efficiency and cost optimization in our SaaS tech stack.
Roll out efficient productivity and support improvements
2+ years of experience in an IT Support Technician or Support Engineer role, managing macOS and Windows systems with MDMs
2+ years of experience administering SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Jamf, Okta, Slack, and Zoom
Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity
Skilled at elevating employee experience through effective communication and promoting efficiencies
