Licensed P&C Insurance Customer Experience

We’re looking for an energetic and fun person to join our amazing customer experience team. We believe in creating a surprising and delightful customer experience, powered by lots of empathy, warmth, and understanding.
We love our customers, and care deeply about their happiness. If you get a kick out of helping others, hold an insurance agent licence (P&C), and want to work in a young, fast-paced startup environment, you might just be the one we’ve been waiting for.

In your typical Lemonade day, you’ll be asked to provide surprisingly delightful customer care to our customers, work alongside and learn from some of the best talent from the tech and insurance industries, be an advocate for customers, and work with our product and engineering team to maintain a high level of service.

You must be licensed in either NY, NJ, or CT to apply for this position.

Requirements
  • Property and Casualty agent licenses in either NY, NJ, or CT
  • Bachelor’s Degree or work experience equivalent – required
  • Strong creative writing skills
  • Ability to communicate using a ‘millennial’ tone of voice.
  • Experience working with helpdesk tools such as Zendesk
  • Attention to details
  • 2-3 years experience in a customer experience related position in a startup – a plus
