Are you passionate about getting into the “data weeds” to help inform and shape operational process decisions? We’re looking for a Homeowners Operations Squad Manager to do just that. Our ideal candidate has a keen analytical mindset and loves to set infrastructure and processes.
We’ll need you to oversee a team of 8 to 10 hard-working individuals who maintain our back-end servicing of homeowners policies and critical communications with mortgage lenders. Speed and efficiency are key, as we work to position ourselves as the fastest and most convenient way for customers to insure their home.
An emphasis on managing professional development will be crucial. The Homeowners Operation Squad Lead will coach team members as they hit operational SLA targets for back-end servicing workflows, on time and with minimal errors. You’ll provide thoughtful, tangible feedback to direct reports, leveraging data insights to identify the biggest areas of opportunity for team improvements and growth.
You’ll also collaborate with stakeholders from other parts of the company to maximize business impact using data insights. In order to do that well, you’ll need to demonstrate strong people management skills; a deep understanding of our back-end servicing processes; comfort with continuous improvement and change management principles; and sharp business analytic skills.
