Homeowners Operations Associate

Dallas, Texas | Customer Experience

We’re looking for a hard-working, outgoing, detail-oriented Homeowners Operations Associate with excellent communication and operational skills. In this role, you’ll be the liaison between our customers, their lenders, and Lemonade.

You’ll communicate with lenders and customers through a variety of channels (phone, email, and sometimes chat). You’ll help collect premiums and keep accounts in good standing . We’ll need you to think strategically about the best way to help customers, always putting user experience first.

This role will also include additional responsibilities such as processing mail, checks, and refunds. This means you’ll need to be highly efficient, accurate, and accountable.
