Head of Partner Operations

Soho, New York | Business Development | Full-time

We’re looking for an experienced leader to join Lemonade’s Business Development team to build our Partner Operations team. If you are passionate about growing strategic relationships, thrive on optimizing partner channels, and enjoy building a team to help you do that, read on.

In this role, you will manage and oversee relationships with existing strategic and distribution partners. You will be responsible for optimizing product experiences to drive sales growth, ensuring top-notch operational performance and delivery of contractual commitments, and identifying innovative growth opportunities. In addition, you will be expected to recruit a team of talented Strategic Partner managers  and Technical Leads.

Ultimately, you are responsible for building and growing Lemonade’s partner-facing operational capabilities.

Requirements
  • 12+ years experience working in partner-facing roles
  • Confident and resourceful leader with robust project management skills
  • Team builder with strong managerial sensibility
  • Creative problem solver with strong analytics
  • A superb networker adroit at navigating organizations of all types and sizes
  • Highly collaborative and empathetic individual
  • Self starter with willingness to roll up sleeves (if you choose to wear sleeves) 
  • Nice plus: Deep experience working with product & tech teams
