Head of Growth

We’re searching for an outstanding Head of Growth to work closely with our Growth team leadership and manage our Growth Development team. In this role, you'll be leading a decentralized team of growth development specialists who focus on new partnership opportunities while optimizing existing ones. Each of your team members will focus on a particular line of business; you’ll be responsible for owning and shaping broader strategy and vision. What does success look like? How can you ensure your team is operating at full capacity, able to deliver outstanding results?

The Head of Growth will also be expected to define and manage processes, identify areas for improvement, and capitalize on new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for spearheading our entry to new markets, channels, and partnerships, owning both strategy and execution.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, and you’ll work closely with members of your team, squad leads, and other stakeholders across the company. This position comes with a great deal of autonomy and accountability. Please apply only if you have a proven track record of managing and building high-performance Growth teams.

  • 10+ years of experience in Growth, preferably in a large-scale B2C operation
  • Strong problem solving skills; you use data to build and constantly improve your strategy
  • At least 3 years experience managing global, large-scale Growth teams
  • Strong operational skills and solid leadership experience, with a deep understanding of consumer business and strong business acumen
  • Proven experience executing complex partnerships and initiatives from conception to delivery
  • Past experience building and scaling high-performing Growth teams
  • High-level understanding of performance marketing and business development
  • Fluent in English (an additional language is an advantage)
  • Familiar with Agile / cross-functional environments
