Head of Growth Data

Sarona Campus, TLV | Growth Data | Full-time

We’re on the search for a passionate growth data leader 🤓 to own all growth data.

In this strategic role, you’ll be responsible for gathering growth and marketing data, analyzing both customer and insurance data. In your typical day, you’ll work with a great amount of numbers, building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and metrics, and monitoring the integrity of the data reported. 

You’ll gain and communicate insights from data, develop attribution models and measurement strategies, and work on any relevant opportunities with the Growth team. You will define our database structure together with our data engineers and develop the required automation. In addition, you’ll work closely with our BizOps team to align the Growth team strategy with the company-wide strategy, and ensure success is measured, tracked, and acted upon.

Requirements
  • 6+years experience in marketing analytics and/or Marketing for a company (attribution modeling, measurement, analytics, media-mix modeling, lead scoring, etc.)
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related degree
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of database structure and SQL – a must
  • Experience in managing a team
  • A problem-solver by nature
  • Background in paid acquisition / online marketing -a must
  • Statistical background - big advantage
