We’re looking for a Growth Specialist to join our kickass growth team, and work with other members of the Lemonade team to reach our growth goals. In your day-to-day, you’ll research and explore new channels and partnerships, and create and launch different campaigns and initiatives from scratch. You’ll manage digital campaigns on various self-serve platforms, as well as communications with potential business partners. As a data-driven individual, you’ll carefully monitor and measure performance, and optimize each initiative accordingly.

Requirements
  • Experience in media sales/buying – a must
  • Excel Proficiency – a must
  • Experience in data analysis and business development – a must
  • Fluent American English
  • BA in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related degree
  • Hardworker, multitasker
  • Proactive, independent, and reliable
  • PPC experience a plus
