Growth Creative Lead

We’re looking for a Growth Creative Lead to join Lemonade’s in-house creative agency in New York. Working closely with the Growth Development team, you’ll set the creative and production standard for all performance marketing at Lemonade.


You’ll lead a team of animators, editors, designers, and illustrators as they create acquisition campaigns that convert and drive business results in surprisingly delightful ways.

Who’s our dream candidate? You’re a champion of online marketing and you live to hack new units and tap new channels. You’re always optimizing for the most effective version of an idea online. Most of all, you’re a craftsperson at heart, and your superpower is in the execution of creative no matter where it lives: in-feed, stories, display, pre-roll, in-game, and beyond.

Requirements
  • Professional experience as an art director, or at the director level in a design or animation-based role
  • 7+ years experience at a production company, in-house studio, or agency
  • Adept at leading the creative design and production of growth campaigns across all social and digital channels
  • Experience working on a day-to-day basis with growth or acquisition teams
  • Natural problem solver who embraces data to find innovative solutions
  • Mastery of digital design, animation, and online video production 
  • Highly conceptual, with the  technical skill set needed to make stuff at scale
