We’re looking for an experienced Global Benefits Manager to join our growing People Ops team. Are you passionate about taking care of people and delivering a one-of-a-kind employee benefits experience? Do you know how to make complicated things easy to understand? If so, read on!
In this role you’ll own all-things benefits—from developing a global strategy and roadmap, to being the go-to resource for every team member. You’ll keep our team educated by leading company-wide presentations, delivering new hire onboarding sessions, and building scalable content to help make sure everyone has an understanding of our benefits.
The Global Benefits Manager will also oversee relationships with outside vendors, and seek out new vendors when we need them. You’ll lead open enrollment in a way that surprises and delights, walking our team through the process with ease and simplicity. You’ll run day-to-day benefits administration, develop processes and procedures, and partner closely with the Finance team to make sure everything runs smoothly. Most of all, you’ll make sure each and every Lemonade Maker knows we’ve got their back.
