We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work closely with our Co Founder and Chief Lemonade Maker. If you’re a hard worker with a get-shit-done attitude, unlimited enthusiasm for going the extra mile, and a knack for tech, design, and the startup ecosystem, read on.
You’ll serve as an immediate and highly-available first responder for the Co Founder, managing his calendar, travel schedule, and expenses, as well as all communication related to meetings, conference calls, invitations, event planning and board meetings. You’ll also perform general administrative duties and other special projects.
The perfect candidate is a socially intelligent self-learner, an execution powerhouse with a rare combination of great communication and people skills, high EQ, empathy, motivation, and commitment. A willingness to be readily available at all times is a must, as are strong social skills.
