We’re in search of engaged, compassionate, and upbeat individuals to join our Claims Experience team. If you have a background supporting mailroom operations or have worked as an office administrator in a best-in-class customer service organization, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Lemonade’s Advocates, Champs, customers, and third parties, ensuring that we thoroughly, accurately, and expeditiously capture information sent to us by mail. You will also be responsible for documenting what is received and validating that we meet tight deadlines. By focusing on the details that produce excellence and upholding a customer-first mindset, you'll be a trusted and caring resource for our customers.
The ideal candidate for this role has an extensive background supporting FNOL for major carriers. Strategic agility, sound judgement, and a great sense of humor are a must.
Lastly, this position will require you onsite in our AZ office. It is a physical role that could require you to lift up to 50 pounds of mail at a time.
