For this role, we’re looking for someone who has perfect English and great microscopy skills.
In your day-to-day, you’ll serve as a Tribe Lead, responsible for managing several product squads. You’ll work closely with designers, engineers, content writers, and company leadership.
You’ll be expected to become a domain expert, gaining in-depth knowledge of Lemonade’s customers, products, design, and culture. You’ll be reviewing specs, training new product managers, planning features and timelines – from idea to execution. You’ll learn Lemonade’s logical prioritization methodology and manage the backlog with your squads. You’ll be responsible for creatively expanding products according to your Tribe’s OKRs. You’ll also need to serve as a guardian of UX, copy, design, and overall product quality of your Tribe’s deliverables.
