Director of Global Talent Acquisition

Soho, New York | Talent Acquisition | Full-time

We’re looking for a leader in talent acquisition to design strategy, build infrastructure, and manage a global team as we scale our business.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading our incredible recruiters in establishing a talent attraction strategy, identifying and implementing talent acquisition processes and systems, and creating the best candidate experience imaginable.  

You’ll use a strategic marketing approach to identify opportunities, both online and off, that enable us to attract a broad range of talent. You’ll implement best practices around selection and hiring, and partner with our office operations team to ensure candidates are engaged from point of contact to date of hire. 

You’ll create, teach, and foster diversity and inclusion best practices in all aspects of selection, assessment, and hiring. Through strong working relationships with key stakeholders, you’ll manage headcount plans, progress against hiring goals, and all other operational metrics to ensure the success of the team and business. 

With an eye to creative solutions, you’ll lead experiments that drive efficiency and scale across the recruitment process. Most important, you’ll develop and manage a global, high-performing team of regional leaders and recruiters, inspiring them to achieve aggressive hiring goals throughout the organization.

 

Requirements
  • Experience in hyper-growth organizations with a tech focus
  • 10+ years leading recruitment teams across global locations
  • Experience building talent acquisition infrastructure to support scale
  • Great people leadership, project management, and communication skills
  • Analytical problem solver
