Digital Marketing Designer

Sarona Campus, Tel Aviv | Full-Time

5We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Designer with a big heart and a small ego, who lives and breathes design and creativity, to join Lemonade’s Design team. You’ll work with the growth team to create digital campaigns and help execute on new growth initiatives through design.

By digging into quantitative data and qualitative research, you’ll create illustrations and videos to feature on LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and other social media platforms, and design conversion-oriented landing pages.

If you’re a pixel-perfect self-starter who likes to challenge the status quo, this one’s for you.

  • At least 3 years of experience in designing customer facing digital products (web and mobile).
  • Experience designing iteratively based on data from experiments.
  • A distaste for lorem ipsum – caring about nailing the perfect copy needs to be a priority.
  • Advanced conceptual and “out of the box” thinking.
  • Strong typography knowledge and design layout principles.
  • Master of Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
  • Team player with great communication skills.
  • B.A in Visual Communication – advantage.
  • Online portfolio – A MUST.
