Data Analyst, Growth

We’re looking for a data analyst to join our Growth Platform squad. Our ideal candidate is adept at modeling complex data, uncovering patterns, and delivering data-driven insights. 

In this role, you’ll build best-in-class measurement and testing capabilities, helping the Growth and Marketing teams make faster and better decisions.

You’ll provide the analytical firepower to help evolve our lifecycle retention strategy to increase customer engagement and lifetime value, while also testing new media channels across both performance and brand metrics.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within a fast-growing consumer company. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL is essential; knowledge of advanced statistical modeling is preferred 
  • Hands-on experience with modern data analytics stack (e.g. Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Mixpanel) is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with lifecycle marketing campaigns and automation/CRM systems—or experience measuring and optimizing upper funnel and offline channels—is a definite plus
  • Proven track record of leveraging analytical expertise to deliver actionable and impactful business insights
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others
