Customer Experience Director

Scottsdale, Arizona | Customer Experience | Full-time

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Director to lead and scale Lemonade’s world-class customer experience team in Scottsdale. In this role, you’ll hire and coach an elite team of customer experience specialists to maintain a crazy high level of customer satisfaction. Please only apply if you have experience in scaling teams from 20 to over 100.

 

Requirements
  • Motivating leader who has scaled, coached and inspired a team of 75 or more
  • Experience maintaining company culture and employee satisfaction at any size
  • Passion for creating the best customer experiences on the planet
  • Compassionate, and loves nothing more than to help others
  • Experience building a culture of ‘work hard/play hard’ filled with positivity, kindness and accountability
  • Extensive knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Good understanding of tech startup culture
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and ‘can do’ attitude required
  • Data driven
  • Exceptional communicator and detail oriented
  • Experience with HR policies, office and facilities management - a plus
