We’re looking for a copywriter who lives and breathes creative concepts and wants to make the Lemonade brand even more lovable than it already is.

You’ll partner with a designer and art director to develop campaigns—both offline and online—that land a strategy, move the business, and reimagine what an insurance brand can be. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative, you’ll bring a passion for creative ideas to all mediums—with a special focus on digital advertising and performance marketing.

Our dream candidate is a storyteller who solves problems through language and wordplay. He or she is obsessed with brevity and can flex a brand voice in any space or format.

The right person for this role is a champion of online marketing who lives to hack new units and tap new channels—always optimizing for the best concept online. If you're an idea-generating self-starter who’s energized by the challenge of performance marketing and still enjoys building brand work, we want to hear from you!

  • 3-5 years experience at an in-house creative dept or digital agency
  • Experience owning campaigns across all channels, but especially on social and digital platforms
  • Experience with radio and more “traditional” mediums
  • Well-versed in growth/performance marketing
  • A mastery of  language that provides simple solutions to complex communication problems
  • You’re a fast learner and a problem solver with a big heart and a small ego
