Content Lead

Dubnov Campus, TLV | Communications & Content | Full-time

We’re looking for an experienced content professional to help make people fall in love with Lemonade’s brand.  If you’re a storyteller driven by creativity, original thinking, and KPIs, with solid operational skills, excellent writing chops, and a proven track record in the world of content marketing—we’d love to talk.

In this role, you’ll lead content strategy and operations for  our Homeowners product line. As a seasoned writer with a pragmatic approach, you’ll oversee and produce first-class content that is delightful, educational, and impactful. 

This is both a strategic and tactical role, with a creative edge. You’ll define and implement strategies to share and optimize content that is measured by its business impact and how it improves customer experience, and you’ll work with different stakeholders to experiment with and scale content initiatives.

  • At least 5 years experience in a content, brand, or communications-related role
  • Solid experience managing end-to-end processes and people
  • Written and verbal fluency in English
  • Passionate about writing creative, performance-driven content at a demanding pace
  • Proven knack for communicating complex concepts in accessible language
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to collaborate successfully with cross-­functional partners across different time zones
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Enthusiastic about Lemonade’s socially driven mission and tech-first attitude
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and Google Analytics
  • Social media savvy across platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
